Uplift Days in Corrin Woods, Fermoy.
As it says on the tin, we are holding two uplift days, October 1st & 2nd in Corrin Woods, Fermoy.
It is a lovely location with a chance to do bucket loads of runs. Suitable for all abilities and fitness. 
Denis Corkery will be doing the uplifts so no bike carnage!!
